Recapping the 2017 Dinner and Auction
The 2017 Auction was quite the Fiesta! After raising a grand total of over $165,000, all funds from this event were designated to our Phase III building project including the new gym, library and chapel as well as the financial aid program. Guests began their evening with chips and guacamole while they browsed the silent auction tables. Our theme was well represented by our guests' fiesta attire and a local mariachi band trio serenaded the courtyard.
Some of our hot items included a men's styling session, estate planning services, Tesla rental, vacations to Chicago and Bay Area hot spots, food packages, dining gift cards, concert tickets, quilts, jewelry, sports tickets and more!

The guests flowed from the silent auction into the tent where they enjoyed a fabulous authentic Mexican dinner catered by Rancho Cantina.
The auctioneer kicked off the festivities with the dessert dash. There were many incredible delicacies donated to the dash in which every table was able to choose the treat of their liking. Our live auction featured items such as the Cars 3 movie premier at Pixar Animation Studios, stay at Silverado Resort with Porsche rental, boating on Lake Berryessa, a Labrador puppy, and Walnut Creek Mayor for the Day. The night finished with a beautiful video tribute to the school from our alumni with Loren Jackson starring as our guest speaker.
With the combination of the silent auction, Dessert Dash, live auction, paddle raise, dinner tickets, raffle tickets plus the online auction the week before, we were able to bring in over $165,000 giving us our second most successful auction to date. Thank you all who came to support our school, helping our dreams of building a gym become a few steps closer to a reality.
